News Taste for Life's Karen Wistoft together with Lars Qvortrup is chairing the eleventh International Conference on Food Studies, to be held at University of Aarhus on October 28-30, 2021.
The themes of this years conference, Making Sense from Taste: Quality, Context, Community, are:
- Food production and sustainability
- Food, nutrition and health
- Food politics, policies, and cultures
