Sessions and abstracts: Creative Tastebuds 2017 revisited

Creative Tastebuds was a unique event uncovering how our sense of taste affects our lives. Eight top researchers of taste together with four savvies of architecture, gastronomy, writing and design - and an active and knowledgeable audience – took on rethinking how we use and experience taste.

The idea of this inventive, scientific and cultural mashup was fostered by anthropologist, ph.d. Susanne Højlund, Aarhus University and Taste for Life.

The symposium was part of the European Capital of Culture Aarhus 2017. It was funded by Fonden Aarhus 2017, Smag for Livet/Nordea Fonden and Aarhus University.
